After wasting my time going to the Glen store for a micro sim that they didn't have I was called by the manager & told that they would deliver a micor sim the next day. No feedack received all day so I called the store to be told the manager had left for the day. 5 mins later store said manager would be returning & would deliver micro sim. Got call again next morning to appologise & would definately deliver one today but by 5pm had still not heard anything. Tired of waiting and being told out of stock I went to Alberton City on way home & got one as they did have stock when the Glen told me all stores were out of stock. Head office called to find out about my complaint & I explained everything & how I had been given the run around for another 3 days & they too promised to get back to me, with an explanation at the very least. I've not heard from them since either. The sim card in the 3g card does not work now after I requested them to be linked & I have since received a bill for data to see that the R100 limit I had on the line has also conveniently been removed and close to R400 data added in addition to the sim and connection fees for the sim card I waited almost a week for.
