Call centre not doing their job!

I ordered an item on groupon in Dec 2012 and as normal groupon deliveries take up to 4 weeks, I waited.
In January 2013 I called to find out where is my package. They were out of stock but I was assured that they will get new stock and deliver asap. End January I called again and was told that the manager will call me back as she is working with the stock problem. They never did. Feb and I called again. Now they promise to deliver in 2 weeks. 3 Weeks later nothing. Called again and was told that they knew there were no stock and they will not get any for a long time now so the promise to deliver within 2 weeks was a lie. OK so with my last call I told the woman to let one of the managers call me as they were in a meeting during the call. I never heard anything back. Now it is the 6th of March and I haven't received my money or any credit. I don't know what is going on and no-one is contacting me???
