I ordered a shoe box and high heel cake from Cake Extreme Boksburg; expecting perfection as I've seen samples of the design beforehand. This was the second time I've ordered a cake from Cake Extreme so I knew I was gonna get my money's worth. On the day of my daughters birthday, I collected the cake and to my HORROR I was handed a shoe box that looked more like a "COFFIN" and a "DEFORMED" shoe.
I requested to see the manager as I was very unhappy with the cake - it not only looked HORRIBLE but they didn't even bother adding little details I asked for on the cake. I was then approached by Paul the owner with a BAD ATTITUDE and he was EXTREMELY ARROGANT asking me what he must do about the cake. He made excuses about one of his staff resigning and blamed the lady who they normally use to do their shoe cake designs. He refused to take responsibility for the disaster cake.
I could not showcase this cake at my event and asked for a refund.
Paul was rude and ARROGANT, exactly what you expect from someone POMPOUS enough to play a video clip of his flashy lifestyle inside his own shop.
