My query was closed without giving me my full data. Upon reopening the query that was opened 1 Novemeber regarding my data that has still NOT been given which should be 400mb, i still have no response from 8ta. I reopened the case, sent a copy of my contract to Syndert and he still has not resolved my issue. 1 month of a percentage of what i am owed! What a terrible company with departments who cant do their job! best data network?!
Telkom better reduce my invoice amount or give me more data the following month because they just cost me time and money by querying the same thing over and over and paying for a contract without giving me my benefits. i will keep posting these complaints until this issue is resolved and will warn everyone i know about this terrible service.
