Ad service and attitude towards my husband

On the 1/5/2013 my mom & I went to cresta to upgrade my husbands phone, we dealt with thaabit abdusammad who was helpful at the time, as shermon who usually helps us with our phones was busy with customers. I advised thaabit that the upgrade is for my husband and the contract is my mothers. It then came to the question of the sim swap and what should we do!!! He explained that my husband should come in with my mothers I'd and a letter stating that he can do the simswap. We left vodacom very satisfied. Friday 3/5/2013 @18:30 my husband and I went to vodacom to do the sim swap, a guy said that u's were out of stock we should go to vodacom near pick n pay... We went there and the sim swap had been done very quickly, again we were satisfied with the service!!! From saturday my husbands blackberry Z10 has been giving him problems, today 8/03/2013 he takes the phone in, and thaabit was biterly rude with my husband. He was giving my husband the worst customer service which we have never received for the years we are dealing with vodacom. We are unhappy with the rate of customer service we have received and we will be taking this furthe
