Prove Me Wrong- Telkom Disregards a residential Issue, (We are not their biggest customers)
My Line is down almost 8-20 days a month-since 2011 Now... Since the 16 Dec 2013 My line is still not working.
I am Inconvenienced terribly for costs also incurred using MY CELLPHONE SINCE>
I have never been credited for the days in regard to the rental??? of which i am expecting a credit for the days my line and adsl is not working!!!
Why should I pay a total months rent when i have had no service to the value of the rental.
It is Presumed that my line will only be fixed everyday since the 16th Dec 2013.
From the 16th to the 2nd Dec 2013 still not working HUH???
Were you waiting for a miracle since 2011 Telkom??? or a Rocket scientist to fix this issue of my line and the residents in our suburb.
What are you doing with so much technology??? Moving backwards instead.
Everytime we have a slight wind or Rain the cables apparently get wet and everything stops working like the days of the caveman :-)
