Assistance with fixing up of contract

I requested a Anytime contract for about R300 a month with the Service provider. The phone was delivered to me by the on the 2nd of May and I activated my sim. I then called the Service Provider as I received no billing information. I was then told I am sitting with a Proforma invoice of over R600 for the month of May including April. I only connected my sim upon delivery in May and was shocked to hear that I will be billed for the month of April and that is without receiving airtime OR data bundles.
I have been requesting assistance from the service provider and eventually received an sms that billing has been fixed but still no airtime, no data bundles and exact same billing figures. I then escalated through to Marissa Coetzee again via mail and received no feedback.
I am fed-up with this Service provider and am currently looking into ways of reporting this to the Consumer protection commission as escalations are clearly not getting me anywhere.
