POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi, i have up-graded my line (084 386 9986) and the parcel was delivered to me and returned on 12/04/2013, and received at cellc on the 15/04/2013 assessment not done and products cancelled, I wanted to reverse upgrade and re-do the upgrade again, I was told to wait for 48HRS to get reversal done, I am tired of waiting since the 15/04/2013 i don't have the item and come months end am billed,
Refer to the effort made to get the report none from cellc is updating me of what is going on with my case.
