Waste of Time using Vodacom Direct

Been trying to get a new contract and phone since beginning Feb. That is 3 months. I dealt with 3 people from the Vodacom Direct Call Centre who never got back to me. Lukholo was very polite and helpful but I still ended up having that application expire. My APPROVED contract expired twice. Eventually I just went into the Vodacom store in Woodmead where a fantastic lady called Barbara helped me and I walked out after half an hour with my phone, sim and contract done. No problem.
