Thank you very, very much "Linda the supervisor from MTN customer services" who took my call on behalf of "Mr Gambu" on The 05/05/2013 between 18h15 and 18h38, you guys really made an of me tonight, well done!!! Nothing feels better than going to bed feeling like a tree and waking up messed up on Monday morning because of up service from a company I started buying airtime from in 1997 and subscribing to their service in 2002. And to the Maponya Mall MTN branch, thank you for not presenting me with a copy of my contract when my wife lost her phone because you refuse to let your staffs' incompetence show thus letting your store rep quash our case against you. For this reason I'll take that case and shove it under the carpet, then take then take my petty R10 issue I was calling about out the window and the sim swop issue I've been having to and the other issues I've had with my beloved service provider and chuck them into the bin. Then in the morning I'll wake up still feeling like the I am and go to the same branch that treated me and my wife as imbeciles when we went to claim the phone we were sure that was insured, the same shop that quashed the case and gave us a
