New BIS package and internet rates

Having been on the BIS Absolute service with a 'fair use for Opera Mini' purchased as well as a few data bundles purchased after I was informed I'd exceeded my fair use earlier last month I then went online with the browser and continued to download audiobooks and radio podcasts comencing at 03:08am last night. My thinking this time gauranteed me favourable rates.
I had R253 airtime at the time. To my shock and disapointment when checking my balance around 6am I find that I now have R54 airtime, still with the 'fair use Opera Mini bundle' however without any of the extra bundles I'd purchased weeks back. That is a difference of R199!! My suspiscions should of been arroused when I got an sms informing me I'd been given 1600 points for usage. I then called 173 asking for an explaination. The agent explained to me that the terms of the 'Absolute package' do not include downlaoding, which I suspected, hence my buying the additional bundles.
My anger and fustration stems from MTN not informing me when starting to deduct from my airtime as soon as those bundles were exhausted. Ntsikelelo Maqubela
