We are so sick and tired of reporting that we cannot connect to our e-mails, internet etc as well as calls constantly been dropped and nothing is been done about it. It is clear our area is oversubscribed as sometimes before 8am in the morning we can connect to our mails and bank account however after that it is impossible and to start and end off our days with this kind of frustration is diabolical. We have repeatedly complained via the website and personally in-store however nothing changes, in fact it ihas got worse! This is definitely not the service we paid for!
