INCORRECT ASSESSMENT

I sent my cell (Bold 9900) in for repairs about 2 weeks ago after receiving my Z10, before I sent the cell in for repairs I check the water damage markers and they were white and not pink (indicates liquid damage) I just received a call now from the repair centre insisting the cell has sustained water damage, I herby confirm that the cell has not sustained liquid damage kindly attend to this issue as I did not appreciate the response from the repair centre.
