Yesterday I visited MTN's website to see the different Internet packages they have to offer. I saw the 2 GIG uncapped light for R169 p/m as well as the 3GIG uncapped light for R299 p/m. I called MTN direct to get the 2 GIG uncapped light (R169 p/m). They acknowledged that the package does excist, but their Modems are out of stock. The consultant that helped me took my phone number should there be available. I couldnt wait and visited MTN in Nelson Mandela Dr to see if they had stock. They told me the package that I wanted doesn't exist, in fact no uncapped package exist according to them. I showed them MTN's website and they still refused. The manager wasn't there and they took my number and told me she would contact me during today. I received no call from Peggy.
As a loyal MTN customer this is the first time experiencing such bad service. Already having 3contracts with them, I pay them every month, never missed a payment. Its just confusing, the website and a consultant at MTN direct confirmed the package, but on application it doesn't exist anymore. Whatever the outcome of this situation will decide if I should cancel all my contracts with them. I can afford to pay all.
