I have been trying to cancel the Get It service since it was offered to me on 28/11/12. After numerous unsucessful attempts to contact the Get It team, i resorted to posting on hello peter. I was contacted by Lucille who assurred me that the service had not been initiated, nor would I be billed for the service. On the 27/12/12 I received an sms to inform me that the service had been activated. I again emailed Get It to tell them I did not want the service. Still no response. Today I received my cell phone bill and have been charged in full from 27/12/12. What does it take for Cell C to "Get It" that I DONT WANT THEIR PRODUCT???
