VERY POOR SERVICE AND INCORRECTLY BEING BILLED

I called through last week to Telkom and spent almost 2 hours on the phone talking to a consultant her name was Nelly. Nelly was supposed to do a recon on my account and call me back last week already and until current no call.
While talking to Nelly her supervisor was also present and until now nothing has been done by both her or her supervisor, do these guys actually care, having Internet through Telkom is not the cheapest around compared to their competitors but due to the credibility we stick with them.
As from January I start paying the uncapped fee.
Please can you look into my account and do a recon on your side as your Finance department needs to amend the invoice.
If you are unable to assist please point me in the right direction.

Please give me an indication on the turnaround time that is query will be resolved in as the next payment in January is due.

If there is no assistance in this matter I will be taking this further. CEO, Mr Mabuza, ICASA, etc
