Time after time for a week long I have been trying to get cell c to assist me till date no help from them I have been sending emails as requested from the lady at customer care to stop my debit order so I can make payments via EFT every month.
only to get a receipt from the mail to tell me the message was deleted with out reading.
this is very bad service from cell c
