My name is Ncamisile. This morning (1 November 2013) l ordered airtime (Vodacom R55) from Jet Cellular using my cellphone. After all prompts l was told my purchase has been successful and an sms has been sent to my phone. I never received that sms or airtime.
Hours later l tried for the second time. Again after all prompts l did not receive an sms or airtime (Vodacom R55). I have ordered airtime vouchers from Jet Cellular many times but this has never happened.
l don't know why l never received my airtime (Total R110) and what to do next as l'm afraid l will be charged for something l did not receive.
