No transfer of line yet!!

We were moving from one house to another. I have booked for a transfer via Telkom online last week, 2nd of May. The made an appointment for yesterday the 6th May. They didn't show up. I had to pay the maid an extra day just to have someone on the premise as they ask. I am still waiting for them to transfer the line. BAD SERVICE!!!
