Upgrade was not deliverd

Hi

I did a upgrade on the 16 April and was promised that my phone will be delivered in 7 days till now I have received nothing. Every time I call the call centre I get transferred to different people all the time or end up holding on for 30mins this is pathetic.

I spoke to 5 different people, once I got to the follow up department while confirming my details my call gets cut, please could someone call me back ASAP or I will have to take this further
