CELL C DISHONEST: I SHOULD HAVE REALISED

I had ordered a phone with Cell C and I had an initial problem for which I logged a complaint with Hello Peter. I should have known that this was the first sign of things to come with regards to their service and dishonesty. I should have also realised after reading all the reports on Hello Peter.

I was contacted by Nelly, who helped with the problem, and when asked about the request for a specific number, she stated that they have the number available and that I will be given it. This was after she checked that it was requested by me the day before. I received my phone I was astounded to find out that my number was not even close to what I requested. This is unprofessional and dishonest.

I contacted customer care now to find out about this and they dont know what is going on. I then just enquired about sim and connection fee. I was told by the sales agent Mpumi that I would not be charged this, and I just found out that I will be charged.

In light of this dishonesty by Cell C, I will have to take this matter up with the Advertising Standards Authority and go to small claims court if necessary. I WANT THE TRANSCRIPTS OF THE CALL.

THIS IS POOR SERVICE. BEWARE OF CELLC
