I have a MTN 3G router and have logged several calls with the speed issues I have we are at the point now that is hardly works 90% of the time it connects but its so slow you cant even open simple sites.
MTN has admitted via email that they cant provide the service I am paying for and they are waiting for an upgrade, but still they are billing me for this, I was further promised a credit, never happened,
Its been 7 months now, and nothing back from MTN my original call reference number was #0046935, Can someone at MTN get this resolved asap.
