We have been trying without any success for the past six months to get a debitorder in place for our monthly payment. The Staff at MTN are either not qualified to to put something this basic in place or do not care to check their own work. Every month a different consultant highlight something that was not done yet after all these attempts the debitorder is not running. They claim that they record conversations with clients yet when we've asked them to listen to the past calls made and act on their promises to debit our account, they decided to rather cut our line without any warning.
