SHORT AND SWEET... VODACOM DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CLIENT...
IN ALL THESE FORUMS THEY WILL ACT LIKE THEY CARE AND WILL PROMISE THE WORLD... BUT BELIEVE ME... THEY DO NOT MEAN IT...

I HAVE COMPLAIND PREVIOUSLY.. AND WAS PROMISED THAT THE ISSUES WOULD BE RESOLVED... BONNIE HAS CALLED ME AND I HAVE EMAILED HER.. YET ALL PHONES THAT WERE SENT IT.. HAD TO BE RE-SENT IT FOR A SECOND TIME... ALL I ASKED WAS SIMPLE... WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP SENDING THE PHONES IN.. BETWEEN LAST YEAR AND THIS YEAR THE PHONES WERE REPLACED NO LESS THEN 4 TO 6 TIMES (MINIMUM) SO ALL I ASKED WAS A COMMERCIAL PACK.. SO I KNOW ITS BRAND NEW.. AND SHOULDNT HAVE ISSUES... BUT NOOOOO VODACOM.. BELIEVES THEY KNOW BEST.. SO ME AS A CUSTOMER.. SITS HERE LIKE A... WAITING FOR VODACARE TO REPAIR / REPLACE THE PHONE WITH A REFURBISHED UNIT.. THAT WILL PROBABLY OUT IN 3 WEEKS TIME... PATHETIC.. PATHETIC.. PATHETIC... VODACOM HAS FORGOTTEN WHAT MADE THEM... CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION... BUT... SUCH IS LIFE.. ONE DAY THEY WILL REALISE WHERE THEY MESSED UP... AND IT WILL BE TOO LATE...
