A complaint I lodge with both vodacom & game about my upgrade being erroneously captured by game consultant in jan 2013 is still unanswered. If they are not shifting blame between each other, the employees acted ultra vires or documentation is lost. I now can't get car finance as the new job will require one because I apparently owe Vodacom R5000!!! Thanks a lot!!! Iet me become another unemployed statistic with a Llb!
