My cellphone was booked in for repairs on the 18th April, on 26th April i received an sms stating that I would have to pay for repairs. My cell phone is 9 months old, never been dropped and the scroll button is not working.
I have heard numerous complaints about the BLACKBERRY. Why do i now have to pay close to R500 to repair a button while the phone is on contract and is under warranty???
I would speak to someone at the repair center but I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET A THROUGH... The last call i made, somebody answered my call by mistake and i could hear the whole conversation...
I am not impressed and would like to get this cleared out.
Oh and i would also send this complaint directly to cell c but as per previous experience, they do not respond to emails either!
