Overcharging for Data

I spent my December holidays in Knysna where I use an USB modem for internet access. The Vodacom service where we stay is so poor that there is no or little 3G reception. My January Invoice from Vodacom states that for one day, 7/1/2013 I used 219Mbytes. There are other high days as well.
I queried it (ref S3-SHW3L-LURY4). Vodacom phoned back once, while I was overseas, didn't leave a message or a return number and closed the query. When I queried again on 18/4/2013 (ref S3-TNQ26-67EXU), I received a call from someone who could not understand that it is physically impossible to use the amount of data in one day with the poor reception and frequent dropped calls. I requested him to escalate the query to his manager, but have not received a response.
Pathetically useless service!! Use another service provide
