I have a MTN Lite Uncapped Internet contract I pay for although the contract is under my Brother Werner Beets' name. During December 2012, I went to a MTN store for a early termination fee and was given a amount of R792 with ref number 94761586. Today I went to the store again for to ask for a new early termination fee as 2 months had passed already. This time i was given a amount of R1043 with ref number 96940068.
How is this possible as the early termination fee should be less.
The numbers i received to call is useless as I keep getting cut of. I also contacted the service center via web chat this morning. The representative assured me that they will get back to me with a fee. No one has come back to me yet.
I would like this matter resolved as quickly as possible please.
