Two weeks of waiting for a tablet contract

On the 22nd May 2013, I approached MTN store central pretoria to apply for a tablet note contract. Gugu took my details, while she was capturing, the system went off and they were offline. Then she promised to capture and I will come sign in the afternoon. I went back later to find system still offline. She still promised to capture it and she will give me a call when all is sorted.

Untill the 1st of may I was still waiting for gugu's call, that is when I decided to go to menlyn mall mtn, hoping for better service. The LG shop made an application which I wud be responded to the following day 2nd May 2013. Thursday, after no response, I called MTN Menlyn at 083 222 7018, no response, ringing until dead, for hours. up to today the line is not picked up.i called mtn menlyn retail park to find out that i dont even exist in applications system.

Thursday 2nd May, I decided to go to Pretoria central again, to find that no application was captured. While we were capturing a new application, system went offline again, and scanner was also not working. I was adviced to come after two hours just to sign. After two hours, the application was still not captured. up to today mtn stil dnt hav
