I have received the worst service EVER. I have reached my limit with Cell C. I have tried for over a week to get hold of someone in the Cancellations Department but have not managed to speak to anyone - do these employees exist? After sending numerous emails and left far too many messages, I remain ignored by the call center agents/consultants. This is completely unacceptable. How can I get through to someone. As a last resort, I am about to email the CEO with my problem! Will I too be ignored or will I get a response. Shocking service from Cell C.
