Sim Card still Blocked

I can not understand why my cellphone service was cut after making payment on 02 May 2013 and I emailed this proof of payment same day to your company and the next day 03 May 2013 Cell C still blocked my Sim card. I do not have any network reception there is no signalling as it indicates SOS. I can not make calls nor receive calls. What is the matter with you people when are you getting your act together. You people don't respond when we email you, you only take us seriously when we post complaints on Hellopeter. Your customer service stinks.
