I have a contract phone with mtn and also insured it with them and I can see it was easy for them to call and insure your phone and my phone was since Friday I went to the police station got the case number now getting the insurance department is been calling forever even my airtime got finished went to a branch office by Westgate and they called with their number was there for two hours and they also promised to continue holding till they knocked off and now this morning the same issue none is picking can someone please tell us what is going on with our insurance or is mtn trying to dup us of our money please I need an answer asap
