I went in to an 8ta branch in Kenilworth centre cape town. Completed the documents waited the whole hour for all the paperwork to be completed to take out a business contract on the bb z10. Finally get to the last part of checking that the phone is fine and they open the box and its white!! Nobody asked me what colour I wanted, I had even forgotten that they made a white. They promise to cancel the contract and I'll be waiting to see if they do or if they bill me even though I did not take the phone. I am in desperate need of the contract for work purposes and 8ta stores either don't have a landline number or any number at all, or the ones that do - don't answer! I am most annoyed!
