I was away in Namibia for business between the following dates.
04/03/2013 - 08/03/2013
While I was the my phone was cute off because I had run up a R4500-00 cell phone bill.
I wanted until I got home and phoned to find out how my bill had reach that amount.

They said it was my data fare enough I then requested where was the data used and which application etc...
After giving them a permission letter to check my URL number etc...
After phoning and following up they say the never received the paper work, after 12 reference numbers and two months later we are still no closer for them to tell where the data was used

After getting the itemized billing I saw the excessive data amounts ranged from 5000kb to 3000kb and so on.
While I was there I used WeChat so I did a simple test, I cleared my data use on my phone sent a We chat to my wife 59sec which is equal to 24kb the chats I had with my boss if I add up all the chats it come no where near that amount.

I then received a final notice that they where handing me over if I don't pay my bill.
I paid it so that my credit rating would not be affected but once again the consumer gets bullied by the corporate world.
