I SENT A REPORT PREVIOUSLY ON HELLO PETER AND TO DATE HAVE NOT GOTTEN PROPER SERVICE.
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS THIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, MY REPORT WAS LODGED ON THE 22 APRIL 2013 TODAY IS 04 MAY 2013, WHAT IS YOUR SLA, TURN AROUND TIME FOR CUSTOMERS?
TO DATE YOLANDE NEL FROM YOUR LEGAL DEPARTMENT HAS NOT CONTACT ME AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PROPER FEEDBACK SINCE MY RESPONSE TO HER. DISAPPOINTED TO NOTE THAT A BRAND WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH FOR YEARS HAS THIS TYPE OF SERVICE TO OFFER.
And to note that these are your values, Disapointing.
