Time wasted by MTN cresta

I have never heard such in my life until now, I did the laptop & modem deal as-well as the TV deal and guess what I'm stilling waiting for feedback on why the 3rd party has not been approved & delivered of TV to me. I was told when I took both deals that the payments and insurance will be taken of at the begin of may, only to find that the consultant Maki never told as that we would be charged a prorate payment that will come off at the end of April, now due to my budgeting there was not enough funds to cover that R54 due to me not putting it in as it was only meant to come off on the 1st may and not April. and to top it all off my sim for my modem is not register when we got told by Maki it was done.
After much running around emails/calls i still have no satisfaction time wasted! I got told by the manager of mtn in cresta that she will sort it out still no joy
I am of this.
I want my money refunded to me for the unpaid amount that I had to pay of R115.
and I want to know why my modem Sim card is not registered.
and 3rd and final I want my TV time and date when it will arrive at my home.
I want a response from mtn and cresta and want this sorted out now
