On numerous accounts I was billed more than the amount agreed on. When I queried it, they just tell me that it is data that was used. I have a cap of R50 on my account, in other words, I can not be billed more than R50 extra on my account. When my data is finished and the R50 is used I get a message on my computer telling me that the R50 is depleted and I can not even sign in.
So my question is, how can I get a bill for more than R300 EXTRA!!!
