Three of our company's telephone lines (012 - 809 9801, 012 - 809 9802 and 012 - 809 9803) which are not in working condition and have been reported about three months ago. And still after all this time, phoning Telkom and e-mailing Telkom about this problem, it is not sorted out. It takes a lot of time trying to sort this out, not to mention the rudeness of the consultants on the telephone. It's bad service and we are losing clients because of this.
