One of our employee's devices were in Feb 2013, immediately we went into a Vodacom Shop to blacklist device. We were told to call/visit outlet the next day to get ITC No for insurance, we did to no avail. We followed this process for a month and eventually phoned call centre and were told document would to sent to us to complete. Surprise no documents emailed. Call again and eventually we get documents. We submit documents via email on the 23/4 and when I call today I get told that they haven't received documents, and that only when I get a email back with Ref No does it mean that they got email. So emailed again twice today and still no Ref No back, come on Vodacom where is the service.
