Bad service!

It has been 3 weeks and I still dont have a new battery for my S2 . Everytime I went back they said its on its way and they will keep me informed. The never phoned or smsed to let me know. Each time I had to go in and wait in a line for someone to help me and say the battery is on its way.

With all this I bought a screenguard wich was faulty. They said they will order a new one for me. I waited more than three months for it.

This was the most terrible service ever!
