I bought my car end November and had problems with it from the beginning. I also waited a long time for them to fix things on the car that was not working before i bought it. Still waiting up to date. I emailed and phoned them for several months after that to ask them to take the car back and give me anther car and told them that there is a several problems with the car, its going to brake. They did nothing, just promises of helping. Then my car broke down almost 3 months ago, i waited 5 weeks for them to come and tow it on the extended warantee. Now its almost 3 months since my car broke down and they still have it, 3 car payment plus insurance of R4500 a month went off my account, but i have no car. Two weeks ago they phoned me to ask me money for a new battery, because the battery is flat and they cant start the car, the battery gave me problems since i bought the car and battled to start. They had the car for almost 2 months, and now they want me to pay for a new battery. I want them to take that car back and replace it with another car for the same amount that i bought it for. They don't phone me, they don't follow up, they don't do anything!
