Account suspended due to Incompetence

For some reason my monthly debit order didn't go through. I than got a call from Porsche Manyaka to let me know and fine out if they can rerun the debit order on my credit card which i had no issue with. i confirmed the details but every time Porsche ran it i got a message from my bank saying incorrect expiry date. i let her know and she had a bad attitude telling me that i was not her and i must now do a EFT which i refused and this is not the 1st time Autopage have on my account. i have had to fight for the last 2 months because i have been over charge for services.

My account was then cut off yesterday afternoon about 2 hours after dealing with Porsche with out any warning because of her Incompetence.

this morning i phoned and spoke to Keagan who reran my debit order with out any issues. He confirmed that he didnt have to change anything. Keagan was polite and helpful.
