I have applied for a laptop contract upgrade on the 29/03/2013.
till today i have not recieved my laptop and modem and have been billed for it.
i have contacted the brach on numerous times with no satisfaction.
i have lost income due to this process taking long as upgrade was taken out for my business.
i need urgent contact from mtn or i will cancell my contract and not deal with them again.
