MTN South Africa have overcharged me (DOUBLE) for 2 months in a row. I've had many "promises" to sort it out but NOTHING HAPPENS. Seems they just don't care!
I also asked in November 2012 why MTN were no longer stocking batteries for my phone, a BB Torch. I was pushed from pillar to post until I gave up. The first time I was over charged (March 2013) I asked if anything was ever done of the request. The answer was of course no. I did get 2 or 3 calls after I reminded them about the request. I was told during these calls that I would be notified when a battery was available. Unsurprisingly I still have no battery.
The call centre staff are more interested in allocating a reference number than helping. A clear example of a company that really does not care about the consumer. I wonder how many other people they are over charging? Check your statements if you with MTN!!!
