Called through twice this morning and of course the call centre was experiencing high call volumes! At the expense of my airtime.
1st call, very polite lady. My network was quite bad so she offered to call me back. Never called back.
2nd call, very disinterested gentleman. Needed to put me through to someone else. Cut me off.
Why neither has called me back, I have no idea. Is customer service not trained at customer service centers?
