TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I HOPE THIS CONCERNS SOMEONE REALLY COZ THIS IS NOT GOOD
Its been a while since i called in at My MTN call centre and i always expect the top service from the top company as it charges a lot on my calls and i guess i deserve a better if not stella service from you guys.
First of all i do not need a stinking attidude while you giving me wrong information and you are not man enough to ask me to hold and verify and to apology at the end, i am vey dissapointed with the training guys or is it just this Arrogant uneducated Namhla that is bring my MTN down.
it does not matter whether am with Nashua or MTN direct or Autopage i still deserve the same respect and service just like all the people on MTN
WE DO NOT NEED PEOPLE LIKE HER IN OUR MTN PLEASE DO SOMETHING AND I NEED FEEDBACK AND AN APOLOGY FROM HER SOON AND SHE HAS TO BE TAKEN BACK FROM TRAINING.
