Hi on the 7/03/2013 i complained about cellc and the service that they provided to me with regards to my phone going for repairs. it has been a week since i have handed my phone back and i got a call on friday the 8/03/2013 to imform me that i wasnt going to get a loan phone and that was it. they have not called me up until this day as to weather my phone is repaired or not. but on they reply back to hello peter they said they were going to imform me as to the status of my phone.the service that CellC provides should be in the toilet because this is uther!!! i would like to know if i am going to get phone back any time this month because i am paying for the phone that ceelc has with then, which is not fair on me as a customer.
