DISGUSTING CUSTOMER CARE

8ta has one of the WORST customer service EVER!!
I called 10 times yesterday kept getting cut off & most of the people working in the call centre don't know anything!!! I finally got helped but then got cut off!! My reason for calling 8ta 10 times yesterday is because i bought data and it wasn't reflecting into my 8ta app on my iPad & is still not reflecting even though the money has been removed from my account. They still havent gotten back to me but yet they have no problem taking my money.
