Over the past 7 months we have been having problems with our ADSL connection. It is very unstable and disconnects very often. We have had numerous technicians here but every time they claim to fix the problem but the problem still persists. We have also tested another Router on the line, as we were advised by a technician that it was our router that is faulty, but we could not even get a DSL connection with the router. And this was a working router that I borrowed from a friend. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also I reported a fault on Sunday 28 April, and today got an sms saying the fault has been restored without a technician even calling us and the problem is still there.
We need someone to check the line properly as this cannot go on any longer.
