I have informed Ver-tex Solutions in about 10 phonecalls that I am NOT the person that I am looking for and that they clearly have the wrong number! It certainly looks like possible identity.
I receive SMS's from these people threatening all kinds of action against a certain Ms I NAIDOO for her overdue account with FNB of R6, 379-92 and I have to quote this number: CHE-012392515.
Can Ver-tex please remove the incorrect cell number that the Ms I NAIDOO gave them for this account and please stop sending me threatening SMS's!
I travel mostly outside South Africa AND IT COSTS ME MONEY EACH TIME I RECEIVE ONE OF THEIR SMS'S WHILE I'M ON ROAMING! It's costing me money for Ver-tex's mistakes! And it's seriously irritating to receive SMS's like that when you're working.
My cell number has been used by me for the last 18 years, so it is not as if someone had my number before me. I had a similar incident about a year ago for a Mr NAIDOO, so clearly someone has given FNB false details and used my cell number.
My complaint is that even after explaining this to Ver-tex's call centre people, they still treat me like a criminal and they don't believe me!!
